Claiming Your Venue

To claim your venue on Darts Atlas, the venue must first exist on Darts Atlas. See our guides on how to check for an existing venue and how to create a new one - Here.

From the venue profile page, begin the claim by clicking the “Do you own this venue?” prompt at the top of the screen. You will be asked to confirm your email address and the business’s VAT ID, if applicable.

Once submitted, our Customer Success team will review your claim and reach out to arrange your onboarding meeting. During this call we will:

  • Discuss your venue’s activity and plans in more detail
  • Walk you through the managed venue toolset and how best to utilise each feature in your venue
  • Confirm that you are the venue owner, manager, or proprietor

Following the call, we will guide you through integrating your Stripe account and setting up your monthly subscription.
